Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 2 pm
Urgent calls: until 9 pm, every day

Pacific time. Hamssa answers calls and texts right away unless she is on a tour or another call, and gets back to you as soon as she is free.
