Information you give us
When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, who needs care, the area you prefer, how soon you need help, how you heard about us, and your message. When you call, text, use WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to share.
A form message also carries a short note of how you reached this website: the page you arrived on, the website or search that sent you, the pages you viewed, and your IP address and browser type. Until you send the form that note stays in your own browser’s storage. It uses no cookie, and it helps Hamssa understand how families find her.
Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form. It is ordinary email, not a secure medical system. Hamssa will ask about health needs by phone.
How we use it
- To reply to you and help you find a suitable licensed care home.
- With your permission, to share relevant details with care homes you are considering so they can tell you whether they can meet your relative’s needs.
- To keep basic records of the families we have helped.
Hamssa works alone, and she is the only person at Hamssa LLC who sees the information you share. Care and health information is gathered by phone or in person, not through this website. It is shared only with the care home your relative is moving into, for that home’s own records and its compliance with California’s licensing regulations for residential care homes (Title 22).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo delivers contact form messages to Hamssa’s email inbox.
- Bluehost hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
- Vercel checks contact form messages for spam before they are delivered.
- eSEOspace, the company that maintains this website, receives a copy of form messages to confirm the form is working and to filter spam.
- Google Analytics, if enabled, measures visits in aggregate, including when a visitor taps the phone number or submits the form. Form contents are never sent to Google Analytics.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or session-recording tools. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own first-party cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block these in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites through this site.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we are helping your family and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hamssallc@gmail.com or call (310) 594-0694. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is for adults arranging care for an older relative. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
